JENNY RUAN

Jenny Ruan is a founder of Paragon Law Corporation. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
 

Jenny has experience in a range of practice areas, including corporate, commercial, immigration, real estate, and wills and estates. Jenny has assisted clients with purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, incorporation, purchase and sale of businesses, loans, commercial leasing, and various business and personal agreements. She also has experience helping clients with estate planning, will drafting, and obtaining grants of probate and administration.  
 

Jenny volunteered for Pro Bono Students Canada while she was studying for her law degree at the University of British Columbia. She has assisted the Canadian Centre for Elder Law with its research for tools to prevent elder abuse in ethno minority communities, and Justice for Girls with advocating for the needs of girls living in poverty.
 

Jenny obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of British Columbia in 2018.
